Black Dog Institute's Sleep Ninja application enables youths to learn about rest in a fun, interactive way under the support of the 'Master Rest Ninja.' The app assists teenagers' establish healthy and balanced sleep routines and enhance sleep top quality.

Nib structure Limited is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Payment (ACNC) with a philanthropic objective of advancing health and wellness and progressing social or public well-being. We have partnered with more than 205 charities and not for profit groups who are professionals in their field to provide targeted and easily accessible health and wellness programs.
