The typical lead time for custom published mugs under 5,000 systems is 7 - 10 job days from authorization and early repayment (omits shipping time). The minimal order quantities for custom-printed mugs on many things are 100 systems. We offer full wrap printing on paper cup orders.

For custom-printed orders, modifications and terminations can be asked for prior to proof approval. Sleeves, coasters, paper napkins are digitally published and can be published in multiple colors without additional charges. Any cancellation on a custom published order prior to authorization will undergo a 3% termination cost or a minimum of $25, along with any evidence that have currently been developed.

Please note that larger orders, on skids, will not be accommodated for special handling as it needs the unwrapping of the skid and added handling of individual boxes which the service providers will not support. These items are digitally printed and can be published in CMYK, complete shade.
